Payment & Withdrawal Issues

Wait 24 hours for processing. If unresolved, provide transaction ID and screenshots to Dream11 support. Do not make duplicate payments.

Always check official playing XI before lock. For auto-substitution issues, contact Dream11 within 30 minutes of match start with screenshots.

  • Player not in playing XI after team was locked
  • Wrong player substituted in auto-substitution
  • Contest cancelled but points not refunded
  • Entry fee deducted but team not entered
  • Duplicate entry detected and cancelled

Points & Scoring Disputes

Points are updated within 30-60 minutes after match end. If incorrect, submit a dispute with match video reference within 24 hours of result declaration.

  • Fantasy points not updated after match completion
  • Incorrect points awarded for runs/wickets/catches
  • DP or LBW review not credited correctly
  • Captain/Vice-Captain multiplier not applied
  • Bonus points for milestones missing
