  • Player not in playing XI after team was locked
  • Wrong player substituted in auto-substitution
  • Contest cancelled but points not refunded
  • Entry fee deducted but team not entered
  • Duplicate entry detected and cancelled

Points & Scoring Disputes

Points are updated within 30-60 minutes after match end. If incorrect, submit a dispute with match video reference within 24 hours of result declaration.

  • Fantasy points not updated after match completion
  • Incorrect points awarded for runs/wickets/catches
  • DP or LBW review not credited correctly
  • Captain/Vice-Captain multiplier not applied
  • Bonus points for milestones missing
